TeleJahini: Customer Management & WhatsApp Billing Reminders
Internal platform for a telecommunications company. It keeps the customer directory, tags and classifications, and the follow-up history of every account in one place. It sends billing-day and active-plan notices automatically through the official WhatsApp channel, and the team replies from a shared conversation inbox.
