1. Who we are and scope
I & J Intelligence operates ij-intelligence.com and its contact channels. This policy explains data handling when you visit this website, send an inquiry, use the Jax assistant or contact us through WhatsApp. For privacy matters, email info@ij-intelligence.com.
2. Information we receive
The contact form collects your name, email address, message and optional phone number. Through WhatsApp, we receive your number, the profile name shared by the platform, messages, identifiers, timestamps and delivery or read statuses. Our panel stores text and available message descriptions; it does not currently download WhatsApp media files. We may also keep internal notes and the follow-up status of your inquiry.
The server processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to limit abuse and operate the service. Hosting infrastructure may generate technical access and error logs.
To understand how the website is used, we record visits with our own analytics: the pages and sections you view, the website or campaign you arrived from, your browser's time zone and language, your approximate country when our hosting provider supplies it, your device type, browser and operating system, how long you stay, and whether you use WhatsApp, email, Jax or the form. We do not store your IP address with this data: we combine it with browser details to calculate an anonymous identifier that changes every day, and the key used to calculate it is deleted when that day ends. If you submit the contact form, your inquiry is linked to the visit you sent it from.
3. How we use information
We use this information to answer inquiries, prepare proposals, coordinate services, maintain support history, understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and protect it against abuse. Sending an inquiry does not by itself authorize advertising campaigns. You can ask us to stop contacting you on WhatsApp by replying STOP or emailing us.
4. WhatsApp and other providers
WhatsApp Business Cloud API, operated by Meta, processes the messages needed to connect your conversation to our panel. Railway provides hosting infrastructure, and our application uses a MongoDB database to store inquiries and conversations. These services participate in the processing needed to provide the service. WhatsApp also applies its own privacy policy.
External providers may process information outside your country. Their terms and policies describe processing within their own services. We may disclose information where necessary to meet a legal obligation or protect rights and service security.
5. Jax assistant and artificial intelligence
When you use Jax, your messages and part of the recent conversation history are sent to Z.ai to generate replies. The conversation remains in the page's memory while you use it; the current Jax endpoint does not save it in our contacts database. Z.ai processes requests under its own terms and privacy policy. Avoid entering passwords, payment details or sensitive information in the chat. Use the form or email if you prefer to contact a person.
6. Cookies and storage
The private panel uses a session cookie to authenticate administrators. The public website uses its own analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device. The website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics tools. External websites you visit through our links may use their own cookies and technologies.
7. Retention and security
Inquiries and conversations are stored for follow-up and service delivery; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Analytics visit records are deleted automatically after 13 months. You can request deletion using the procedure below. When handling a request, we will assess whether specific data must be retained for legal obligations, a contractual relationship or resolving claims, and explain any applicable limitation.
Panel access requires authentication, and WhatsApp webhooks are checked using a signature. We apply technical controls to protect information, although no system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Access, correction and deletion
Email info@ij-intelligence.com with the subject Privacy and tell us whether you want to access, correct or delete your data, or stop receiving communications. Include the email address or phone number you used to contact us and enough information to locate your request; do not send passwords or identity documents unless requested through an appropriate channel.
We may request proportionate identity verification before disclosing or changing data. We will handle your request under applicable law. Depending on your location, you may have other rights, including objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a competent authority. Deleting information from our systems does not automatically delete information you retain or that third parties manage independently.
9. Changes to this policy
We will publish changes on this page with an updated date. If you have questions about this policy or the handling of your data, contact us before sending sensitive information.
